My mate has helped me do a ca18det manual conversion and we are nearly done, just one last bit of wiring to go which we are stuck on. We are doing a conversion on a 1989 s13 silvia ca18de auto. The conversion is coming out of a 1990 ca18det manual 180sx.

We have kept the wiring harness from the auto and just tryin to connect it all up, the injectors i think did not connect right up but we modified them and got them to fit. The only part we are having problem with is a plug near the fuse box, one has a 7 pin connector and one has a 6 pin connector i think. Im hoping whoever has done this conversion will know what im talkin about. I have searched all over the net and i think i figured out that its for back up light and speed sensor and stuff like that and aparently doesnt even need to be connected.

My question is how am i suppose to connect the plug? do i cut off the plug and wire it onto the 6 pin connector so it will fit? what is that last remaining wire for? if anyone has a wiring diagram or can help me i would really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance guys, i cant wait to get this baby started!!
