Weather doesn't look too good for Saturday morning guys :( Early showers. I hope the weather report is wrong though!!! Whats the go if it rains? do we still go on the track?

Yeah we still go on track - although a handful of people who don't have the balls will stay off until it dries a bit.

I'll be down there to spectate.

i have some type of ignition problem, hopefully i can get it sorted tomorrow, already tried new plugs (seemed to help), now i thinking coil packs as it still has a slight miss, gets worse with heat i think :(

Just got back. Awesome day, hardly any traffic compared to previous days. Got a lot of skidding action going which was a lot of fun :lol:

Nice to see you RamR1 and Timo out there.

Weather was alright, even when it rained (in the last heat) it was only wet on certain parts of the track and then the sun came out again.

Sorry didn't get to meet Timo & RamR1 - hope you guys had fun out there!

was actually not a bad drive home considering, lol think i got off lightly with a bent rim and steering arm.

few wierd looks on the freeways, i couldnt do over 90km/h makes the freeway different, very easy drive but not overtaking anyone (well a couple suprisingly)

turned out to be a really good day after the torrential rain the night before.

good to see you again Chris86 and Tiop, glad you got the car back ok. Jayne i saw you on the track, i was overtaking you :P :lol:

definitely keen to go again and improve my time. does anyone know where to find the session 3 times? the wind blew them off the notice board before i could check :lol:

Yes after Saturday I realised my crappy little T25 can't keep up with s15s and I need a bigger turbo... looks like a T28 upgrade is on the books for next year...

The natsoft times aren't up yet... if it crops up I'll post the link.

Hey Jay were you in a white 180 with purple number plates? I think i was overtaking you too 8)

Everything was going real good till....the cool down lap of the 1st session and my car started overheating!!!! :evil: My freaking thermo fan was spinning the wrong way and was pushing out all the air that was being sucked in. Then i blew a manifold to turbo gasket and lost heaps of power. :evil: :evil:

I can't believe the bad luck i had for my first trackday. Similar thing happened with me on the bike trackdays. 1st was no good then nothing but fun after that. Just very disappointed.

I'll fix up my little problems and get a few extras here and there then...I'll be there in all 6 sessions!!!

BTW did anyone get ripped off from the gronks in Goulburn? I went to a servo and bought a $10 bottle of coolant and a pack of cigarettes. When i checked my bank statement i got charged $64....i was thinking WTF? dodgy fuckers! I should fix up that problem too!!!
