sorry to say but some of these things just sound silly. they may be practical to do on your own car but i dont think most sellers would let u go to that much trouble.
how r ya gunna ask a owner to get a hose and wet the road so u can drive over it? i dont think most owners would let u take the car to your mechanic. buying a 2nd hand car, especially anything turbo is a gamble. just how it is.

Tablist you are right on the money there.Most peoples arent gunna allow you to take the car for any extended time too do these tests, For obvious reasons they think your a jet pilot and gunna thrashed the car.Simply the best solution to this problem is take someone who knows what there looking at with you be it a mechanic or someone with knowledge of engines especially imports.I mean most of us know someone who knows some one if you get my drift.Well thats my opinion anyway.

i meant... if u had that noise wen u started ur engine, obviousli its not normal... so i was just wondering wat is it due to... i'm a noob n dnt kno much bout cars...
i know its something bad... but forgot wat it was...
cuz i think i heard it b4 wen i started my engine but it went away... not too sure
