Hey all,

Couldn't get the price i wanted to get selling my car so I decided to get my self a Bosch 550hp fuel pump and reg, and a brand new set of Falkens, to ease the pain of having to keep it.

The result? A 5.31 0-100 time taking 86 metres to do it. Using an Ultra Digital Speedo, set to start timimg with car motion so it's totally accurate.

Moisture in the air too, so who knows how much quicker it can get.

I'd always felt my car had more power in 3rd and 4th rather than take off, so I feel I'm looking at a 13.3 or 13.4.... Gonna head down the creek soon and see!

And there's still a few little things that need attention so there might be some more power waiting in the wings...

Anyone with a quicker "real time"? (ie. not stop watch, but using G-Tech etc)

Stay Cool.

I got 5.2 or thereabouts (gtech) in mine about a year ago. I now have an extra 30-40rwkw and much better low-down response.. expecting to crack high 4 with a good launch

I haven't actually run my car yet as i still have another 2 weeks left of my suspension. But if my car got near that id be very happy. What times should i be looking at for a 94 model, straight through exhaust, manual pretty much stock besides BOV, strut brace etc?

Running 0.85 bar, with a badly leaking gasket in the turbo manifold, so I don't know how mcuh of that boost i'm losing.

In about a month i should have the leak fixed and be running a 1.0 bar. I should hopefully see a 4.99 or better!

My guess is old-school celica with 2L Twin turbo 6 in it. Am I correct?

If it is the one that I saw at Unigroup once then yes. THat beast was impressive...

I'm proud to say I've gotten my stopwatch 0-100km/h times down to 5.84 averaging low 6s compared to high sixes at absolute best when
I ran the 15.0 at the creek. :)

So hopefully a 13 second timeslip when I make my return.

Out of interest what quarter mile times have you guys run with those 0-100 times, be it Gtech or real drag strip?

Yeah its a twin turbo 2 litre 6 pot, not dunger GT4 Celica, nor is it the one from Unigroup. It has 2 GTR N1 turbos, Garret 450x300x90mm bar and plate i/c, Motec M48, etc, etc. Currently getting the turbos rebuilt to support 500hp.....should have them back tomorrow :D

Good 0-100 time. So you're a bit of a stirrer in your sig hey?

I'm sure there's an SR20 or two on here that can cut it. But last time i tried it took me 11.9 sec to get to 190km (1/4 mile) and I've had a few little tweaks since then. :D
