All the while i thought it was 55L.

I think I read it somewhere...

from empty to completely full, I get 56 litres in, but I fill all the way up the spout as well, so I would assume 55 litres.

so wouldn't that make it around 60L techically... cause the tank is never completely empty. I only say that cause I thought it was 60L as well :)

When I say from empty, I mean EMPTY....

The most I have been able to fit into a tank is 56 litres, and I have been chugging, and the fuel light blinking furiously.

Maybe 60L of fuel total in the car including the fuel lines, engine, etc. :)
