Hi Guys,

I'm having great problems finding a part for my 180SX.

It has the digital climate control unit in it, except, the acctuator motor that would normally move the heater boxes hot/cold air flap, is missing!!

I dont have a picture of the motor, but I can get a pic of the plug it connects to.

Dose anyone have one of these, or could somone tell me where I should be looking?

Also if you can find someone with a bare half cut they are normally still there.

Anyone that knows what they are worth won't let one go much under 50-80 bucks though.

Just jap sent me out the motor. However when I went to plug it in and adjust the temp, the motor dose not move. It just sits there.

I can confirm that the unit is getting +5v, but thats about it.

Can anyone tell me how I can trouble shoot this?

I'm trying to emliminate my Climate control unit as a problem. It adjust everything else, fan position, circulation, fan speed, and air conn, but the hot air cold air unit dose not wanna work.

Normally I would just ask just jap to send me another, however, they sent me the wrong part to begin with, and the boss kindly corrected the problem and sent me the correct part, and I dont want to ask them to send another just to eliminate the unit as the problem.

Can someone give me some tips on this?

Ok, the motor Just Jap sent is faulty, and they dont have any more atm, so I will be sending it back to them.

Anyone here knows how to replace a analogue climate control to a digital climate control?

Currently I have the display and all the functions working. But when I start my engine, the aircon keeps on blowing and I cannot off it.

Any idea what happens?
