So apart from the wank factor of saying 'Yeah i've got a Type X 180' it really didnt make much sense to pay the extra 4 grand.

ur only saying that caus u dont have a type x! 8)

alot of ppl seem to miss the other important thing about a type x - IT IS NEWER!!! i love the 180SX shape, but didnt want an old beat up 1992 model. i wanted something late model with a nice interior, nice factory body kit etc etc - the type x fits all of these perfectly! i actually bought one over an S14a at the time (for slightly cheaper - 2 years ago).. plus, there is the 'exclusivity' of having a real type x (not just an old model with some fake korean lights on it) :D

Ill post up pic of my 97 type x when i get a chance.

i went for that model for a similar reason to "LISTEN 180SX"
its a new model car with less K's on it. That and i also like the rear light and front bar it come with.
The late Model also have different interior, including an airbag steering wheel, and the seat are similar to the bride one. (not sure if this is only for the type x or not)
Dash bored also has red dials and a digital odometer.
My car pretty much look the same as what is on GT4.

Could you have found a harder to see pic?!

But no, that's not a Type X bar.It can't be a '98 bar either.It looks like mine and that's a '91.

First off yes, i have much worse pics.

Probly true about the year of the bar. The scum at the import joint said it was a 98 bar, i dont really care but do they need to lie? It was in good nick so i got that instead of a veilside one.

Well first of all, i was lookin at the interior thinkin it looks the same as my 93, just the instruments look abit newer, but still the same layout

the front bar makes it look like a rx7series 1

personally i prefer my front bar, but everyone is different i guess

i love the tail lights tho

wat sort of dollar value ya lookin at for that?
