I just replaced the hose going into the boost solenoid, because there is a restrictor inside the factory hose. If you have a boost controller then this "mod" is pretty useless, I think. This linkon ns.com should help you. |

Nothing huge. Finally installed the turbo timer I bought a few months ago. Bit of fiddling around measuring the correct wires but eventually got it done. Next up I think I will get some tints. Any suggestions? I was thinking a bit darker than legal all round (legal is 35%?). |

And tried on some wheels to check out the fitment. 17x9+19 Fitment with sports union card. Front Lovely. Bit less poke on the front and that'll be the specs of my next set of wheels. |

I'm surprised those wheels specs got as close as that to fitting under std S15 guards. previously I've seen 17x8 +35 front and 17x9" +38 rear sit about the same on a few S15's. are you sure they weren't +39 not +19? what size tyre is on those also? Justin... |

These are actually Neburchenezzers old wheels, so if he reads through this thread he can confirm. Tyre size was 235/45/17 I think. Rear waas running -3 degrees of camber (stock camber arms) so that might be why it doesn't poke out so much. Fronts just under -2 degrees. I currently have 18x9.5+38 on the car at the moment (wheel swap since mate wanted to use my r32 wheels on the dyno) and they are perfect flush with the rear guards on a 255/35/18. I'll chuck up some pictures tomorrow when I give the car a mini photoshoot. |

Just to reiterate, I've got a set of 18x8 +11 wheels (so will only sit 5mm inward) each running a 235/40/18 on them (so less tyre stretch). I trialed these on my mates S15, stock guards and arms, just lowered and on the rear sat close to flush on guards, would only require a roll and with a 215/40 would sit flush on the front guards. Hope this helps. |
