Just put up my hks 2510 info on NS.com for people's benefit. With this:

Quote:
Page deals with lot's of things such as braided lines, oil restrictors, and a step by step guide to turbo swapping. Should be very useful to many people. Please read and tell me what you think. Don't not be bothered and then ask questions that in the page.

And what happens? Some asshole PMs me immediately to ask how responsive it is?

I told him to piss off and read the page I had linked to. I have recieved no reply since. :)

Dude, reading's hard. It just took me an hour to get to through this thread.

Please be more considerate towards or illiterate (or is that illigitemate :))and dyslexic brothers. It's not their fault, blame the government for cutting costs in education.

BTW, your site is turning into a pretty good read, keep it up.

got bored sorting through all the moster tachos for sale, so i havent been back for a LONG time. i used to post there till i was reading a thread about some guy who apparently bought an S15 from japan and get an RB26 in the passenger seat for the trip over. turned out it was a fully rebult motor blah blah and the rest im sure you can guess. well, no one ever saw the car........ some 12yo people have WAY too much time on their hands. maybe they should go back to school lol

Did you get any responses asking why you didn't put an RB20DET in instead?

A while ago I posted a rant on their forums about everyone's apparent lack of grammar and spelling skills, and it resulted in me getting flamed....
I signed up there and had to whore at least 40 posts so I could advertise some stuff in the for sale section... never have I seen such a high concentration of kids trying to act older than they are!
It's sad really....

So how responsive is your new turbo anyway?

:P :P

Seriously though, I also like to check up on the laws-mobile(s) progress every now and then. Quite an interesting read generally (and distracting too, like now, when I should be working lol).

I read NS.com in the same way I read The Onion or The Chaser.

Except, unlike news satire that is intentionally funny by writing stuff that is based on real-life events but actually fiction, the kiddies at NS.com aren't intending to be funny, and don't know that the pages of bullshit they produce has no bearing in the real world.

The thread about the M3, and Dumhed's response, is a big case in point. After the usual "WTF would you know, how many actual M3s have you driven?" accusations at Dumhed's rubbishing of the M3...they (the overwhelming majority of whom have never even sat in an M3, let alone driven one) still reckoned he had no idea after he told them he'd driven 5 (or was it 6?) of them.
