Whilst leaving my car parked at my brother's house (near Minto) I came back to find over a dozen eggs smahed all over it..... BLOODY HALARIUOS!!

Seriously now, if that isn't determined, what is?!?! Sure I'm a little annoyed that I gotta scrub my car now, but at least they put some effort into it!!!!

GO YOU LITTLE KIDS!!!! PUT YOUR BACK INTO IT!!!!

Nah it shouldn't scratch - I'd be more worried about the paint getting damaged by something in the egg...

At least you're looking at it positively bud :)

Actually, eggshells will scratch the paint. When they shatter, the sharp edges dig into the paint, and you'll get round, spotty marks after a while.

eggs are very bad news.

As the shell smashes the edge makes a series of ring shaped cuts through the paint surface.
It's not noticeable at first, but the unprotected paint will oxidise over time and leave marks.

The easiest thing to do is probably clean it up really well and get some good polish onto it.

yeah, cleaning off egg is a bitch!
Someone egged my pulsar once and I didn't realise it for a few hours, so once I found it, it had all dried. Let's just say it was not fun cleaning it off!!!

My car once got egged while I was actually sitting in the car (and the car was parked)!!! At first I thought it was a stone flying into my car... as there was a car flying pass me at that point in time.. it turned out that I was a victim of a drive-by egging!!

Luckily they got my rear windscreen so no paint damages.. but it stinked like shit!!

I actually have a scratch now.... you get that. It didn't smell but a good polish (of the car) will be next. :-?

Yes if your car ever got the egg treatment... WASH IT OFF ASAP!!!!.

The shells does some damage, but it's the actual egg white that will eat the paint away!!!!......I've cut and polished the section many times with not luck......
