THE CAR STARTED OFF AS A CA18DE AUTO. THEN PROGRESSES TO A SR20 DET THAT WAS A R RATED CAR FOR A WHILE AT THE DRIFT DAYS AT ORAN PARK. AFTER THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD AND ITS JOURNEY BEGAN. IT THEN STARTED TO BECOME A MACHINE. A RB25DET WITH GTR TURBOS AND A R33 GTST GEARBOX WENT IN THE CAR BUT A FAULTY ENGINE STOPPED THIS DREAM PRETTY QUICKLY. THEN THE CAR HAD ITS NEXT TRANSFORMATION.
A TOMEI RB27DETT WAS INSTALLED WITH 2 TRUST HIGH MOUNT TD05-22G. THE ENGINE TO THIS DAY IS ONLY 2500 KM OLD. A 5 PUCK BRASS BUTTON CLUTCH 700HP WAS FITTED BEHIND THE FRESHLY BUILT R33 RACE BOX. A CUSTOM TAILSHAFT AND A GTR DIFF WITH GTST 4 GEAR RATIOS AND A NISMO 10 PLATE 2 WAY LSD. IN 24 HOURS THE CAR WAS BUILT. IT EVEN HAS THE ORIGINAL GTR ALLOY SUMP BUT THE DRIVE SHAFT HAS BEEN CUT OUT AND LARGE PLATES OF ALUMINIUM WELDED IN THE PLACE OF IT.
IT WAS COMPLETED FOR THE NEXT DAY (A TRACK DAY AT ORAN PARK). AND IT IMPRESSED ALL. BUT THAT DAY THE CLUTCH LET GO SO A TWIN PLATE OS GIKEN WAS USED TO REPLACE IT.
THEN IT WAS FINISHED OFFN ENGINEERED AND STILL GOING STRONG.
absolute bargan for the mods it has.So please no time wasters and only serious purchases apply ...
