Hey guys

Going on the hunt tomorrow for an engine loom at the wreckers.

Basically I'm in need of a 94-95 180sx Blacktop engine loom.

And I want to know if the redtop (91-93) looms are the same?

Cheers

I once tried to plug an S13 blacktop ecu into my redtop loom/engine and it wouldnt start. There was some ignition, but it wouldnt start.

Never actually compared pinouts, but pretty sure they are different.

Not sure why they are different - I now have a 97 blacktop engine in my car fed by 91 redtop (remapped) ecu and redtop loom with no probs at all.

Hopefully someone has a more conclusive answer for you :D
