What is the maximum power/psi that s15 injectors can make before they max out (with supporting mods- fuel pump, fuel reg, power fc, z32 etc)..

Also what is the exact size of the s15 injectors- iv heard ppl say 460cc some say 480cc???? which is it ??

cheers,

danny

they are rated at 480cc/min, but it's at a higher pressure than the older injectors were rated.
At the same pressure as S13 injectors flow 370cc/min, S15 injectors flow 450cc/min.

the most i've heard of was 220rwkw but that car was very well kept and looked after so most wouldn't reach over 200kw

A bit more then that Birri, but not by heaps.
Probably do 200rwkw on them and leave the rest as headroom.
220 perhaps if you didn't like your engine much.

I've got an unopened RPS13 SR-T with PLMS Developments remapped factory ECU, GT2871R, S15 injectors, Z32AFM, Walbro in-tank 255L/H, stock FPR and I did this the other day on 17PSI. No issues with fuel at max power - but getting close I'd say :o

im gettin a base tune put in to run the engine in hopefully in the next few days so the full tune shouldnt be to far away.. I still gotta pik up Z32 n plug before the full tune, do u know who's cheap these days??

Yeah I'm stoked - it's running really well. Did 12.2 at 113.8MPH on 15PSI a couple of weeks ago at WSID. Now that I know it runs 17PSI safely, I'm keen to have another go.

It's a stock S13 fuel pressure regulator - nothing fancy.

Not sure who to get your AFM from. Got mine from Moore Spares at Campbelltown ages ago for about $250 with plug.

Good luck with yours!
