hey guys

just wondering if anyone has ever been in a gtr or even heard one with a stock plumb back bov with pod pod filters.

Im keen on getting one for my s14, and i have a video of a gtr and it sorta makes a "chew" sound, only fairly quiet, can anyone tell me if this is what they sound like or do they just do the cliche pshht..

thanks fellas

My mate's 32GTR makes the "chew" sound with stock plumb back BOV and pods.

same here. its the standard bovs and filters... don't know if it would work the same on an s14... one way to find out though :)

they are apparently one of the best factory bovs around.

my 32GTR made the 'chooo' noise with stock BOV's and twin pod filters..

in saying that, S14's sound awesome with stock bov and just a pod filter too.. there is a bit of 'chooo' and a bit of 'psshhht' too.. nice and subtle, but still there!

awsome thanks fellas

at the moment i have no bov at all, as much as i dont mind the sound it not good for my turbo and drops off boost during changes

gunna find me one/two as a chrissie present, im guessing it would be a fair bit louder with only one as its releasing twice as much air, hope it still goes 'chew'
