I've heard that stoich is near 12:1 for E85 (as opposed to 14.7:1 for regular pump fuel), If that's true, you may be a little on the lean side there.

LOL that chick is funny, nice story she came up with..

anyway yea car feels heaps quick, however i want to sort out the inconsistency of the boost level so i might set up the boost controller from the Hot pipe instead of the cold pipe to get rid of that spike and boost drop off. Max power is at 17psi only because the boost drops off from 20psi. id love to have a rock solid 19-20psi till redline, should make the curve keep goin and not flatten out. Then ill put it back on the dyno to check AFRS to be safe.

ronin..
That AFR graph for E85 is actually the result of conversion via lamda or something, just so it can be compared to normal fuel AFR's.

In fact E85 stoich is said to be somewhere around 9.7:1 :o

WOT sees around 7:1 :o :o :o lol

Congratulations, That's very nice power with response from a T518Z 8cm, imagine how well a 10cm version would go on your setup as they are also considerd a very responsive turbine housing.
Btw what duration n lift cams are you using?

nice figures mate,
are you using a bleed valve or ebc?
if bleed valve, it should be as closest to the turbo side as possible to keep the boost stable.

Just an Update for the guys interested

A few extra tweaks by Yavuz on the E85 tune with a bit more timing and boost yeilded some nice numbers

281rwkw run was done on a cool day bout a month ago (bout 19 deg), 24psi (still have that boost dropoff issue, given up trying to solve it, safe to say that the turbo maybee just cant flow that much all the way to redline) So safe to say that this should be around the turbos limit, and the 740cc injectors have no more in them, they are pretty much running at 100%.

The other day went back (hot day about 30 something)with my new E-boost street EBC. Wound back the boost sensitivity to try and smooth out boost curve, gave lower overall boost and with alot of heat soak showed 268rwkw, few runs with boost wound up a bit more to try and get around 24psi by 6500rpm, got about 275rwkw (hotter inlet temps to blame for bout 6rwkw loss)

I didnt wana spend any more time (and money) on the dyno playing with the Eboost EBC (sensitivity, gate pressure, Correction factor blah blah) to try smooth it out so left it as is.

98 octane fuel tune was not played with much, and didnt really care, as i now run E85 full time on the street anyway B) , unless im going on a long trip and/or i cant get E85 - only then i would run PULP98.

Anyway here are some dyno graphs below. Note peak power is reached very early, and it holds that figure right the way through to redline.
:thumb: Graph in red is on the hot day, the blue was on the cold day. Top 2 graphs are for E85
bottom 2 are for PULP98

enjoy! all comments welcome!
